The Shua Life Skills assembly programs are designed to empower and enrich the lives of teachers, parents, and children together. These programs, with your help getting them into schools, will unbelievably impact anyone who watches them, listens to them, and also the performers acting and performing in them.

Fun Fitness - This program is designed to educate children on natural body weight exercises, which we call “Powercises” that they may do anywhere to keep their bodies physically healthy and functional while teaching them that movement is fun. By using different exercises that are fun to do, the children will be able to maintain strong muscle tone, keep fat down, and constantly have an understanding that fitness is fun. In addition, the assembly program talks about nutrition, fruits and vegetables, and has the children figure out ways to choose to eat in a healthier manner. It also talks about water and the importance of water and juice, as opposed to the toxicity of sodas. The presenter will also educate about and demonstrate the proper techniques for picking up and carrying book bags so that children do not grow up with back problems.

Outsmart the Stranger - Strangers are everywhere and children are not trained in how to deal with a stranger situation. This program teaches children how to:

1.Distinguish characteristics and actions of a stranger
2. Role play on how to get away from a stranger
3.Identify lies that strangers will use to get them to come with them
4.Teach them strategies to escape a stranger
5.Yell to attract attention
6.Effective techniques to work as a group to stop a stranger
7.Use their instincts to distinguish between a good and bad stranger

Breaking the Bullying Circle - Bullying is one of the major factors that affects a child's self esteem and self confidence. Bullying comes in two forms, physical and mental bullying. Physical bruises will heal eventually. Mental bullying effects can last a lifetime. This program teaches children how to avoid being bullied and how to help if they see a bullying situation happening. The following is discussed in the program:

1.What is a bully?
2.Why is a bully a bully?
3.What is a victim?
4.What is the bullying cycle?
5.How does a child break the bullying cycle?
6.How does a child not react to a bully?
7.Mental defense against mental bullying.
8.What to do if a child sees a bullying situation?
9.Why calling for help is not tattletaling.

This program will help children regain their power and never have to be afraid of a bully again.
