Since 1989 Caton Enterprises, Ltd. has presented educational programs centered on the English Middle Ages, legendary heroes, and the Renaissance, chiefly in the Chicago area. Conceived and developed by Joan M. Caton, an educator, Arthurian scholar, and National Endowment for the Humanities research fellow, the programs and banquets feature an "across the curriculum" interdisciplinary focus, as well as student participation and program related classroom materials.

GREEK MYTHS: Be a part of the multi-disciplinary world of the Greek gods, mortals and heroes as the world of the Greek legends and the middle school student are linked together for learning.
MEDIEVAL BANQUETS Joyous revelry, entertainment, and education at a full-scale banquet held in a castle banquet hall! Features seven costumed performers, inclusive of knights, falconer, ladies, jester, and herald trumpeter. Daytime performance.
