Imagination Theater

Imagination Theater provides diverse audiences with original, dynamic, participatory, theatrical programming that enhances well-being and creates a more civil, safe society.

In every Imagination Theater performance, the audience is not only a spectator, but a spect-actor. Through both facilitated discussion and role-play, students are able to practice life skills that can help them with a variety of social/emotional issues that they face. Program topics include:

-Teasing and Bullying
-Respect
-Empathy
-Sexual Abuse Prevention (in alignment with Erin's Law)
-Effective Communication
-Making Healthy Choices
-Environmental Responsibility
-and other topics we can customize for your school.

In addition to assembly programs, Imagination Theater also offers residency programs in schools that work with a group of students over a series of weeks using theater exercises and techniques to explore issues.
